If you don’t agree to the Travel Wallet General Terms and Conditions, please stop using your Account immediately and empty the funds from your Account. You can empty the Account by spending the balance, withdrawing the balance from an ATM, or redeeming the balance to your personal bank account. If you’d like to redeem your balance, you’ll need to submit the Funds Redemption Form to Customer Support. There is a Funds Transfer Convenience Fee of 10€ that will be applied when you request a redemption.
Once you’ve emptied your Account, please email Customer Support so that we can officially close it. There is no charge for closing your Account.
