If you’re trying to log in to your account and seeing the following error message
“The username or password your provided is incorrect”
please check the following
- You have an active Travel Wallet account. Before you can access to the benefits of your SAS Travel Wallet, you need to create your account. Creating an account is quick and easy, it takes less than 5 minutes and you can do it online. Click here to get started.
- You have a Travel Cash account. SAS EuroBonus might have sent you a EuroBonus card with Travel Cash in the past, if you never used it, or if you had active Travel Cash account but haven’t used for a while. If either of these are the case, please check this article on how to upgrade your account from Travel Cash to Travel Wallet.
- You’re using your Travel Wallet credentials. Although you will earn SAS EuroBonus points with Travel Wallet, they’re 2 separate accounts. You will need your Travel Wallet credentials to log in.
- You’re entering the right credentials. Both username and password are case sensitive, so please double check you’re entering your credentials as you set them
